Things to Do in Segesta
Segesta's archaeological park, about 35 minutes from Trapani, holds an unfinished Greek temple standing alone on a hillside and a theatre further up that's still used for performances in summer. There's no town to speak of here — it's a site visit of two to three hours, best combined with Erice or Marsala on the same day rather than treated as a destination alone. A shuttle bus covers the walk between temple and theatre if you'd rather not do it on foot in the heat.
